Delivery

We process orders as quickly as possible, so you should receive your order within 14 days. However, please allow up to 28 days. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. In the unlikely event, that we are out of stock of an item or your order is delayed for some reason, we will contact you immediately by email. Your Risk Free 90 day money back trial starts when your order is delivered to your home.

Returns and Refunds

We want all Branshaws customers to be happy. We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item for a refund. In order to make this as easy as possible for you, you have 90 days to try your purchase at home. We are confident you will be satisfied.

If you do need to return a product for a refund, please post it to the following address within 90 days of receiving your order, don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number. Original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded, and you need to cover the cost of returning any products you decide not to keep.
